Corporate AV packages start at $2,500 (up to 100 guests), $6,000 (100 to 300 guests), and $12,000 (productions over 300 guests).
Silent disco: 100 headsets with two transmitters is $910 overnight or $1,800 for a weekend. Fleet of 750 LED headsets owned in-house, the largest in Utah.
Funeral audio: $750 within 20 miles of Salt Lake City, $900 out to 41 miles, two-hour service with technician included; battery power +$80.

Weekend rentals run Friday pickup to Monday morning return. Add an on-site tech to a rental for $230 per event.
Policies and proof
Liability insurance: $2 million per occurrence, $3 million aggregate. Certificates and W-9 provided same day on request.
Booking requires a signed agreement and a booking fee. Balance is due 14 days before the event.
Rental minimum for individuals is $200. Cables and extension cords are included with rentals. Rental pickup is 8am to 1pm on event day; return by 1pm the next day.
Renters that are DJs or companies with orders over $1,000 must provide an additional insured certificate.
Rentals are not offered to high schools or for quinceañeras; college events are case by case.
Venues where Reeverb Entertainment has produced events include Montage Deer Valley, the Salt Palace Convention Center, Grand America, Weber State University, the University of Utah, Snowbasin, Utah Olympic Park, Hill Aerospace Museum, and the Utah State Capitol.
