Why planners bring their own production up the canyon

Park City's best venues are spectacular. Most of them don't keep production gear on site, and the ones that do charge resort rates for it.

We're the other option.

Your own crew, your own gear list, your own flat quote, trucked up from Farmington. We've produced at Montage Deer Valley and venues across the Wasatch Back, and we coordinate directly with venue ops on load-in, power, and quiet hours.

Built for the high end

Ranch buyouts, distillery dinners, hangar parties, and summit-style retreats: the venues out here are one of a kind, and the production has to match.

Battery-powered lighting and audio go where generators aren't welcome. Backup gear rides on every truck, because the canyon is a long way back to the warehouse.

Discretion is standard. Much of our high-end work is under NDA, and we're comfortable being the vendor nobody photographs.

Questions we actually get

Do you charge travel fees for Park City?

Park City and the Kamas Valley are standard service area for us, about 40 minutes from our warehouse. Quotes are flat and travel is built in, not a surprise line item.

Can you work at venues with in-house AV?

Yes. Planners often bring us for the parts that matter most while the venue covers basics. We coordinate with venue ops directly so you don't have to referee.

Do you handle outdoor mountain events?

Constantly. Wind and open sky need properly sized rigs, and remote sites need battery power. Both are normal for us, not special requests.

What about events at private ranches?

Ranch events are some of our favorite work: no noise limits, big skies, and full production brought in. We scout the site, plan power, and truck everything needed.
