Policies and proof

  • Liability insurance: $2 million per occurrence, $3 million aggregate. Certificates and W-9 provided same day on request.
  • Booking requires a signed agreement and a booking fee. Balance is due 14 days before the event.
  • Rental minimum for individuals is $200. Cables and extension cords are included with rentals. Rental pickup is 8am to 1pm on event day; return by 1pm the next day. After-hours pickup or drop-off is available for $80 per pickup or drop-off.
  • Renters that are DJs or companies with orders over $1,000 must provide an additional insured certificate.
  • Renters must be 25 or older to take on the rental liability. Schools book through faculty or the district with purchase orders.
  • Venues where Reeverb Entertainment has produced events include Montage Deer Valley, the Salt Palace Convention Center, Grand America, Weber State University, the University of Utah, Snowbasin, Utah Olympic Park, Hill Aerospace Museum, and the Utah State Capitol.
