We prioritize safety in every setup. All equipment and stages undergo thorough checks before your event, because a stage is the one rental where cutting corners isn't an option.
Our black 4' x 4' stage decks build from 8'x8' up to 20'x12' configurations, with skirting, stairs, and rails available.
Runway shows, award stages, band risers, and ceremony platforms all come from the same inventory, arranged differently.

Delivery, installation, and teardown are included in staging quotes. Add sound and lighting from the same truck and save the second vendor.
Stage decks go out on their own plenty, but more often they are part of a corporate AV build or a concert with live sound on it. We deliver across Salt Lake City and Ogden, and the deck counts and prices are listed in the rental catalog.

How much does stage rental cost in Utah?
Our 8'x8' stage (four black 4'x4' decks) is $375 overnight and our 8'x12' is $500, with weekend rates of $675 and $850. Larger builds up to 20'x12' are quoted flat with delivery and installation included.
Is the stage safe for dancing and bands?
Yes. Every deck is load rated, leveled on site, and checked before handoff. Rails, stairs, and skirting are available for any configuration.
Do you deliver and set up?
Always, for staging. Stages aren't a pickup item: we deliver, install, level, check, and tear down. That's included in the quote.
Can you add sound and lighting to the stage?
