Four tiers, straight numbers
Almost nobody in this market publishes corporate pricing. We think that wastes your time, so here's where our packages start.
2-Day Conference
from $25,000
Main room with stage, sound, and screens, plus two breakout rooms with sound, projector, and screen. Two full days, crewed.
Production
from $12,000
300+ guests. Line array, video switching, stage wash, second tech, show calling. The full room.
Signature
from $6,000
50 to 100 guests. Full PA, wireless mics, 2 screens, uplighting, and our full attention all night.
Essential
from $2,500
Up to 100 guests. Meetings, presentations, and smaller programs, done cleanly.
Every quote is written, itemized, and flat. W-9 and certificate of insurance the same day you ask.
The parts nobody claps for
Wireless frequencies get coordinated before doors, not after a dropout.
We show up early enough that your sound check ends before your first guest parks.
Some of our largest corporate clients are under NDA, and we keep those. If your event needs discretion, that's a service we already provide, not a special request.
Most of our corporate work happens in Salt Lake City convention space and downtown ballrooms, with regular runs up to Park City and out to Ogden. Once a general session gets past a couple hundred people it usually pulls in staging and event lighting along with the AV.
Questions we get often
How much does corporate AV cost in Salt Lake City?
Our packages start at $2,500 for programs up to 100 guests, $6,000 for our Signature package (50 to 100 guests with full production), $12,000 for full productions over 300, and $25,000 for a two-day conference with a main room and two breakout rooms. Every quote is itemized and flat, so you can take it straight to your budget owner.
Do you work with hotel in-house AV?
Yes. In-house AV can be convenient for a projector in a breakout room. When the main program matters, planners bring us in as their own crew, and we coordinate directly with the venue on power, rigging, and load-in.
Can you provide a W-9 and certificate of insurance?
Same day you ask. We carry liability insurance and the certificate states our current limits. We have completed vendor paperwork for hotels, universities, and government venues.
Do you travel for corporate events?
Yes. Park City and the Wasatch Front are home turf, and we produce destination programs in Jackson Hole, Moab, and southern Utah. See our destinations page for how that works.
Who will run our event?
A team. When you hire Reeverb you get a team, not just a person. We keep the company lean, run on SOPs, and take notes on every video and phone call, so whoever you talk to has the full picture, from first call to load-out, with crew scaled to the show.

Estimated gear total: published rates
Quantity is how many pieces of gear, not how many days. The overnight and weekend rates each cover the whole rental period. This list rides along with your message. This total is for gear only and does not include sales tax. Delivery, setup, and a tech to run your event are quoted separately.
