Production and AV rental, every price published.
The production inventory we run on our own shows, priced item by item: line arrays, staging, lighting rigs, video, silent disco, power, and rider-spec DJ gear. Our warehouse is in Farmington, Utah, 21 minutes north of the Salt Lake City airport, and pickup in Logan is available on request with enough notice. Overnight is a 24-hour period. Weekend is Friday pickup, Monday morning return. Cables and extension cords included.

Reserve
A signed rental agreement and booking fee hold your gear for the date. Rental minimum is $200 for individual renters.
Pick up
Pickup is 8am to 1pm on your event day at our Farmington warehouse, 21 minutes north of the Salt Lake City airport. We can also meet you in Logan on request if it's booked far enough in advance. We demo everything before you leave, so you're not learning at the venue. Need a different time? After-hours pickup or drop-off is available for $80 each way.
Return
Back by 1pm the next day for overnight rentals. Weekend rentals return Monday morning. ID required at pickup.
Renting as a DJ or company over $1,000? We'll ask for an additional insured certificate, which your insurer produces in minutes. Add a tech to run your event for $700-$1,200 depending on complexity.

Questions we get every week
Where is your warehouse?
Our warehouse is in Farmington, Utah, 21 minutes north of the Salt Lake City airport. Pickup in Logan, Utah is available on request as well, as long as it's arranged far enough in advance.
What's included with a production rental?
Cables and extension cords come with every rental. Stands, clamps and truss hardware are separate line items, and headphones aren't provided with player or mixer rentals. Everything is tested and demoed at pickup.
What does it cost to rent production audio and AV in Utah?
It's all published above: a QSC K12.2 top is $100 overnight, an RCF HDL 6-A line array element is priced per box, stage decks and lighting are itemized the same way. Weekend rates run Friday pickup to Monday morning return.
Do you deliver and set up production rentals?
Standard rentals are pickup from Farmington, 8am to 1pm on event day. Delivery, setup, strike, and an on-site tech are available as add-ons, quoted by distance - which is how most staging, line array, and video orders go out.
Can we pick up or drop off outside your warehouse hours?
Yes. After-hours pickup or drop-off is available for $80 per pickup or drop-off to cover labor - just arrange the time when you book.
What if something breaks or won't power on?
Call us immediately, day or night of your event, and we'll troubleshoot or swap gear.
Do you rent to high schools?
You need to be 25 or older to rent gear and take on the rental liability. Schools and theater programs can book through faculty or the district instead - we invoice against purchase orders and carry district-ready insurance. See our school theater page for mic packages.

What each rental type means
Customer Overnight Pick up & Drop off
You pick the gear up at our Farmington warehouse between 8am and 1pm on event day and bring it back by 1pm the next day. One 24-hour period at the overnight rate.
Customer Weekend Pick up & Drop off
Pick up Friday between 8am and 1pm, return Monday morning. One weekend rate covers the whole Friday-to-Monday run - perfect for multi-day events.
Curbside Delivery & Pickup
We load, drive, and hand the gear off at your venue's door, then pick it up when you're done. You handle setup and teardown inside. Delivery is quoted by distance.
Delivery, Setup & Breakdown
We deliver, set everything up, test it, and show you the controls before we leave. You run the event, and we come back to tear it all down after.
Production Rider
The full-service option: we provide everything including labor. Gear, transport, setup, a tech on site running the show, and breakdown at the end. You just host.

So you know: inquiries usually get a reply within about 90 minutes during business hours, Monday through Thursday, 9am to 4pm. Sometimes we are at events focused on the project in front of us. In those cases it will usually be next business day for a response.
