Accessibility

If any part of this site gets in your way, tell us and we will fix it. You should not have to work around a website to get a price or reach a person.

Contact

Tell us about a barrier

Call (435) 729-7558 or email [email protected]. Say which page and what happened. You do not need to know the technical term for it.

We answer inquiries within about 90 minutes during business hours, Monday through Thursday, 9am to 4pm. We aim to fix accessibility problems within 30 days of hearing about one, and faster when we can.

If the site is the obstacle, skip it. Call or email and we will read you prices, take your event details, and send a quote however works for you.

What we build to

We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard courts and federal agencies use as the benchmark.

In practice that means every page can be operated with a keyboard alone, every image carries a text description, every form field has a label, headings run in order so a screen reader can navigate by structure, a skip link jumps past the menu, and nothing scrolls sideways on a phone. We test with automated tooling on every build and fix what it finds.

Known limitations

Where we fall short

We would rather name a gap than claim we have none.

Our brand color is a coral red. Used as small text or on a colored button it does not reach the 4.5 to 1 contrast ratio the standard asks for. Every one of those places is also reachable another way, and the information is never only in that color. We are working on it.

Some pages embed video hosted on Vimeo. Captions and player controls there are Vimeo's, not ours. If a video is the only place you can get something you need, call us and we will tell you what is in it.

Events

At your event

Accessibility does not stop at the website. Tell us what your event needs and we will plan for it: assistive listening feeds off the main mix, a microphone routed so a captioner or interpreter can hear clearly, screen placement and sizing for sightlines, stage ramps and deck heights, and cable paths taped and matted so a wheelchair or a cane is not fighting our gear.

Tell us early and it costs you nothing in scramble on the day.

Questions we get every week

What standard does this site follow?

WCAG 2.1 Level AA. There is no federal regulation that sets a specific technical standard for a private business website, so we use the benchmark courts and agencies have converged on.

How do I report a problem?

Call (435) 729-7558 or email [email protected] with the page and what happened. We aim to fix accessibility issues within 30 days.

Can I get pricing without using the website?

Yes. Call or email and we will read you the rates, take your details, and send a quote in whatever format works for you. Every price on this site is published, so there is nothing to withhold.

Do you handle accessibility at the event itself?

Yes. Assistive listening off the main mix, clean audio for captioners and interpreters, sightline and screen placement, stage ramps, and taped and matted cable paths. Tell us what you need when you book.
