A recurring job for us that almost never gets written about: the DJ has the booking, and we bring everything else.
No DJ in Utah owns gear for every room they get hired into. A club setup does not cover a stadium club level, and a controller does not cover a four-piece with live inputs. Rather than turn work away, plenty of DJs call us and we supply the production behind them. We have the inventory sitting here anyway.
Ken Garff Red Zone, Rice-Eccles Stadium
A DJ was booked into the Ken Garff Red Zone at Rice-Eccles Stadium and brought a group with him: a saxophone player, a singer and a keyboardist. We supplied the sound system, uplighting, intelligent moving heads, lighting totems, a sound tech and a lighting tech, provided the inputs for the band, and mixed the group live while running lights for the set.
That is the part worth noting. A DJ plus live instruments is not a DJ gig with extras bolted on — it is a live mix, and it needs someone on the console who is actually mixing it while the lights follow the room.

Stein Eriksen Lodge, Deer Valley
Twice in 2022 we provided full production for an out-of-town DJ at Stein Eriksen Lodge in Deer Valley. He travelled with his own booth and controller, which is normal for a visiting DJ — the controller fits in a flight case, and everything that makes noise or light does not. We covered the rest.

If you already have your DJ
You do not need to book entertainment from us to hire our gear or our techs. Send us the rider and we will tell you what it costs. Every item and price is on the rentals page, and Park City and Salt Lake City are both standard delivery areas.
