What you are renting
Most Utah venues that are worth booking have nothing overhead to hang from. Tents, ballrooms with fixed ceilings, outdoor sites, historic buildings. Tower lifts are how you get speakers and lighting up where they need to be anyway.
Height is not vanity. Speakers on the floor get absorbed by the first three rows of people, and lighting from ground level flatters nobody. Getting the rig up is usually the single biggest improvement available to a room.
Before you book
How renting works
Pickup is 8am to 1pm on your event day at our Farmington warehouse, 21 minutes north of the Salt Lake City airport. Upon request we can demo the gear before you leave. Delivery, setup and an on-site technician are available as add-ons.
Truss and lift rental in Utah: every item and rate
Tap add on anything you want, set the quantity, then send the whole list at once from the bar at the bottom of the screen. Overnight is a 24-hour period. Weekend is Friday pickup, Monday morning return, and cables are included either way.

Questions we get every week
Do I need a lift for my event?
If the venue has no overhead rigging points and you want speakers or lighting above head height, yes. That covers most tents, most outdoor sites, and a lot of ballrooms and historic venues in Utah.
Can I rent a lift and build it myself?
We would rather deliver and build rigging than hand it over at the counter. Loaded lifts and flown speakers are the one part of this catalogue where getting it wrong hurts somebody, so it is usually a crewed job.
How much does truss and lift rental cost in Utah?
Rates are published on each item above, and most rigging jobs are quoted flat because they include delivery, build, ballast and a safety check.
Is it safe to fly speakers outdoors?
With the right ballast and a plan for wind, yes, and we build outdoor rigs regularly. Without those, no. We will tell you which situation you are in.
Do you rig lighting and video too?
Yes. Lighting bars, fixtures and screens all fly from the same towers, and it is usually more efficient to plan the whole rig at once.

Quantity is how many pieces of gear, not how many days. The overnight and weekend rates each cover the whole rental period. This list rides along with your message. This total is for gear only and does not include sales tax. Delivery, setup, and a tech to run your event are quoted separately.
