This one started as a DJ booking and ended as a staging order, which happens more often than you would think.
The client called us about a corporate event and was originally looking at a DJ. Their budget moved, they decided to put a band in instead, and what they still needed from us was the thing the band could not bring: somewhere to stand. We provided two stages for the event at Blue Sky Lodge and they used their own band. Staging only, no crew, no sound.
Why we say yes to staging-only jobs
Because it is a real need and pretending otherwise wastes everyone's time. Plenty of events already have their entertainment sorted and are missing one piece of hardware. A rental line that only works if you buy the whole production with it is not a rental line. Every stage size and price is published on the stage rental page, and you can book the decking on its own.
The barn at Blue Sky is a good room for this: high timber ceiling, plenty of natural light through the end windows during the day, and enough floor that a stage and round tables coexist without the room feeling divided.
