Product Launch & Sales Training | Full AV Crew

Sound, lighting and video for an Amer Sports employee training and product launch, run by an A1, V1, L1 and stagehand with confidence monitor and timer.

Amer Sports hired us for an employee training event built around new gear and the upcoming sales season — DJ services plus lighting, sound and video.

The crew

This one ran with a full technical crew rather than a single operator: an A1 engineer, a V1 engineer, an L1 engineer and a stagehand, alongside our DJ. Four disciplines with four people on them is what separates a training day that runs to time from one that stalls between presenters.

What we supplied

Sound: a full system with three wireless microphones.

Lighting: uplights, pixel lights, stage wash, banner lighting and dedicated product lighting. A launch event is judged on whether the product looks right, so the product gets its own fixtures rather than whatever spills off the stage wash.

Video: a confidence monitor and timer, presenter clickers and a switch. The timer is the unglamorous item that matters most — presenters who can see their remaining time end on time, and a training day that ends on time is one the staff will sit through again next year.

The recap video was produced by Mark, a videographer from Utah.

For product launches, sales kickoffs and training days, our corporate AV packages list crew and gear separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
