What you are renting
If you are booking a touring or visiting artist, their rider names specific gear, and substituting something close usually means an awkward conversation at soundcheck. We stock what the riders ask for and we patch it the way the rider asks for it.
If you are a DJ renting for your own gig, the same inventory is available at the same published rates, and we demo everything at pickup so nothing is a surprise.
Before you book
How renting works
Pickup is 8am to 1pm on your event day at our Farmington warehouse, 21 minutes north of the Salt Lake City airport. Upon request we can demo the gear before you leave. Delivery, setup and an on-site technician are available as add-ons.
DJ equipment rental in Utah: every item and rate
Tap add on anything you want, set the quantity, then send the whole list at once from the bar at the bottom of the screen. Overnight is a 24-hour period. Weekend is Friday pickup, Monday morning return, and cables are included either way.

Riders increasingly ask for a spare player or a spare channel. It is cheap insurance on a night that cannot stop.

Do you have rider-spec DJ gear?
Yes. CDJ-3000s, DJM-900NXS2, Rane and AlphaTheta players and mixers are all in stock. Send us the rider and we will confirm line by line what we cover before you book.
How much does it cost to rent DJ equipment in Utah?
Every item above has a published overnight and weekend rate. Most single-gig setups land between a few hundred dollars and roughly a thousand depending on whether you need players, a mixer, a booth, or all three.
Are headphones included with DJ gear rentals?
No. Headphones are not provided with player or mixer rentals. Most DJs prefer their own anyway.
Do you rent DJ booths and facades?
Yes. We stock facade booths and video booths, which is usually what you want when the DJ position is visible to the whole room.
Can you set the DJ gear up at the venue?
Yes. Standard rentals are pickup from our Farmington warehouse, and delivery, setup and an on-site technician are available as add-ons quoted by distance.

Quantity is how many pieces of gear, not how many days. The overnight and weekend rates each cover the whole rental period. This list rides along with your message. This total is for gear only and does not include sales tax. Delivery, setup, and a tech to run your event are quoted separately.

So you know: inquiries usually get a reply within about 90 minutes during business hours, Monday through Thursday, 9am to 4pm. Sometimes we are at events focused on the project in front of us. In those cases it will usually be next business day for a response.
